ABOUT CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS
This scholarship applies to all youth groups based in Placer County and Nevada County, though groups outside these counties are encouraged to inquire. Any camp youth program is as tiny as ten people and as large as 150 people. The scholarship pays  50% of food and lodging costs when you are new to CGC Camp in Foresthill, CA. The offer is good through 2024 and is generously offered by the owners of CGC Camp. 

WHO 
Program leaders, this encourages you to bring your youth group to camp. Any type of youth group, such as, but not limited to:

  • Church groups 

  • School groups 

  • After-school activity groups 

  • Outdoor education groups

  • Sport groups

The sky is the limit! If you work with kids and want to bring them to camp, this is the perfect opportunity to take advantage of this scholarship. 

ABOUT CGC CAMP 
CGC Camp is located just above Foresthill, CA, at an elevation of 4000’, and offers a variety of lodging options. It is a forested site with a seasonal swimming pool (Memorial Day through mid-September), volleyball, gaga pit, basketball hoop, campfire circles, labyrinth, walking trails, and a low ropes course. 

  • The Bobbitt Area has seven cabins that can sleep up to 70 guests. A central hall has a full kitchen, meeting space, bathroom, and one bedroom. 

  • A self-contained retreat lodge, Claar House, sleeps up to 20 guests in seven bedrooms, many with a full bathroom. A full kitchen, meeting space, and a large deck provide a fantastic setting for smaller groups. 

  • The Holland Summer Cabins (May-October) offer a more rustic, inexpensive camping experience. Five cabins sleep ten guests each. A central shower house and outdoor cook shed are located nearby. Cabins have electricity and lights.
