Hospitality at Monte Toyon
We are nearing the end of 2015 at Monte Toyon and it has been a great year. Our year was spent offering great service and a grand time to 111 groups who came to our site. They come each year to enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle of a busy world and to commune with the wonderful surroundings we are so lucky to call home. We always have such a diverse mixture of incredible people who choose to spend time with us in the redwoods.
Almost every week of the school year is filled with students participating in our Outdoor Education Program – The Web of Life Field School. The kids explore, learn and work with one another in Mother Nature’s classroom. It is such an awesome experience for youth and adults alike!
Other groups who came to enjoy all that Monte Toyon can provide were an eclectic mix of family camps, adult retreats, youth summer camps, musical groups (both dance and instrumental), board retreats, family reunions and many more.
We look forward, each new year, to hosting and visiting with many of the same groups who will return in the upcoming year. In addition, we look forward to meeting and making new friends with all of the new groups who choose to come and spend some time in the peaceful redwoods at Monte Toyon. Happy New Year!
