We Will Work With You!

While this pandemic has unseated our plans for 2020, it is an opportunity for us to think differently about expectations. We are here and happy to brainstorm with you about how you might still be able to gather in 2020. 

UCCR is taking all the needed steps as stated by state and local government to make our facilities as safe as is possible, including allowances for physical distancing while on site. 

As we learn new ways of being together, consider these options:

• Consider utilizing Spring or early Summer contracts with us later in the year.

• Consider an opportunity to create another kind of program for Fall or early Winter.

• Consider a smaller group.

• Consider a retreat for your people to gather (finally!) and be together to reflect on this very unusual and uncomfortable year.

• Perhaps it’s a chance to get a group of artists or writers together to bring expression to this challenging human life.

Just Know This:
We will work with all our customers to amend a contract to fit your changing program and your altered needs. This has been a remarkable moment of laying down business-as-usual for most of us. Bob, our Reservations Supervisor, and I are honing our flexibility skills in working with each group on a case-by-case basis.
