Announcing Short-Term Rentals Now at Craigville Retreat Center

Dear Family, Friends, and Residents of Craigville Village, 

We’re here for YOU. 

As you may know, the Craigville Retreat Center operates five rental cottages, ranging in size from four to six bedrooms. These cottages are enjoyed by returning guests and other visitors predominantly during the summer with more limited use during the rest of the year. Due to COVID-19, very few groups are booked through late winter of 2021. This creates an opportunity for families, friends, and neighbors to rent cottages, by the week or the month, as tranquil, simple, and stunningly beautiful havens, isolated from many of the stresses of the rest of the world, at a special, off-season rate.  

Either for a restful vacation or for a comfortable, virtual workplace and schoolroom, Craigville retreat offers each of these cottages: 

  • Yale Cottage ($500/week, $1900/month) 

  • Union Cottage ($500/week, $1900/month) 

  • Andover Cottage ($500/week, $1900/month) 

  • Boston Cottage ($500/week, $1900/month) 

  • Groves Cottage ($600/week, $2100/month) 

Each cottage is heated and has a well-furnished kitchen, ample parking and Wi-Fi, and is situated on our Village Green or adjacent to Patterson Park (children’s playground).  

In addition, we have the following available for rent: 

  • Three Marshview apartments (studio and kitchenette each; $250/week, $800/month) 

  • Manor Lower Apartment (studio and kitchenette; $1000/month) 

  • Craigville Manor (9 bedrooms and full kitchen; $1500/week) 

  • Sunset Lodge (12 bedrooms, kitchenette; $1200/week)  

All offer stunning views of the ocean and marsh and are just a short walk from the beach and the Village Green.  

Rich in history and spirituality, the Village during these seasons is uncrowded and offers the best of nature, for walks, hikes, and bike rides through the woods, or on the beach, with nearby grocery and specialty stores. Local restaurants are offering excellent take-out cuisine. With no traffic in the autumn and winter, it is an ideal time and place to rest, relax, or work and learn virtually. Craigville has a small year-round community of residents who welcome visitors throughout the year.
