Making an Impact Through Outdoor Education

I had a chance to sit around a campfire with a group WOLF School staff recently. We all shared stories and meaningful experiences we have had with our campers. Then, as conversations go, our stories revolved back to when we were campers ourselves. We fondly remembered staying up late, watching shooting stars, making treasured friends, telling jokes and giggling in the darkness. We recalled those memories so sweetly and shared how they have been pivotal in shaping our lives and values today.

The WOLF School staff have had many good years together and continue to meet around the campfire and share our new experiences. We already love what we do by having the opportunity to make such an impact on a young person's life. Yet, community sharing brings voice to our feelings and this articulation creates our motivation and passion to touch as many lives as possible.
