The Dining Hall has a ramp for wheelchairs. Both bathrooms are handicapped accessible.

 

Meal Service

  • All house-made meals are buffet-style.

  • Special diet requests are available.

  • The total indoor capacity of the Dining Hall is 150.

  • Stereo/PA system is available.

  • The men's restroom has two toilets, one urinal, and two sinks.

  • The women's has three toilets and two sinks.

  • A large BBQ and 11 picnic tables are available outside.

Breakfast

Breakfast includes granola, oatmeal, bread or bakery items, breakfast meat, fresh fruit and yogurt, milk, juice, and a coffee bar. In addition, please choose from the following:

  • Pancakes

  • Scrambled eggs

  • French toast

  • Frittata

  • Continental Breakfast - must be confirmed at the time of your reservation

Lunch

All lunches include appropriate side dishes, a salad or salad bar, beverages, and fruit or dessert. Please choose one of the following entrees.

  • Soup, salad, and sandwich bar

  • Fajita or burrito bar

  • Baked potato bar with chili and cornbread

  • Burger bar

  • Pulled pork sandwiches

  • Sausage and pepper on Hoagie roll

  • Falafel bar

  • Pizza with salad bar - for groups smaller than 50 people

Dinner

All dinners include appropriate side dishes, salads, beverages, and desserts. In addition, please choose one of the following entrees.

  • Meatloaf

  • Chicken piccata

  • Chicken marsala

  • Baked ham with pineapple

  • Tri tip

  • Teriyaki chicken

  • Pasta bar with meatballs

  • Roast turkey

  • Stir-fry with chicken, beef or veggies.
