We have several indoor and outdoor gathering places for our guests. Our facility hosts both small and large groups, so we are sure to have the perfect area for your group.

Retreat Center Lodge Meeting/Dining Rooms
The Retreat Center Lodge has a larger meeting space which accommodates 240 guests. It can be used as a meeting hall for one significant event or partitioned into three separate meeting rooms for smaller group events. When partitioned into three rooms, each room can hold about 80 guests.
When partitioned into three separate areas, we refer to each room as Longs Peak, Hidden Room, and Mt. Meeker.

Retreat Center Lodge Lobby Area
If you are looking for a casual space to meet and chat, our lobby in the Retreat Center Lodge is an open space with three couches, two separate two-tops, and a large table. Sit and enjoy your morning coffee, or use the large table to organize a task.
Enjoy the cozy fireplace and views of Mt. Meeker through the giant wall of windows.
This is an excellent place for guests to meet; it is open and available anytime.
The Gathering Place
MULTI-PURPOSE ROOM
This large multi-purpose room can accommodate about 150 people and be used for many activities. It has a large open space that can be set up with chairs or tables or left open. There is an AV system and screens for projecting. This building is located near the games building in the summer cabin area and is just a short walk to the Retreat Center Lodge.
The Gathering Place is the perfect meeting space for guests staying in the cabins.
Activity Center
Our Activity Center is a long building with a game room, game tables, and a clean-up area. It’s the perfect place to have some fun!
Amphitheaters, Craft Room and Vespers
We have many areas for groups to gather outside when the weather is suitable. Check out our facility map to see the locations of these areas.
