Meeting & Gathering Areas
Bobbitt Hall & Area
In the Bobbitt area, Bobbitt Hall has ample meeting space, a kitchen, a vaulted ceiling, large picture windows, and a deck overlooking the forest.
This hall includes one bedroom, often used as an infirmary or as the lodging of program directors, and can seat up to 60 guests in chairs.
Irvin Dining Hall
The Irvin Dining Hall is a large dining facility that can also be used as a meeting and gathering area.
The Dining Hall seats up to 90 guests in comfortable chairs. The smaller annex room, shown in the photo, seats up to 20 guests and is connected to the larger dining room. Each room can be set up as needed. The annex contains couches, armchairs, and a piano.
Outside the Dining Hall is a large picnic area that can be used as an outdoor meeting space.
Claar House
Claar House has three open work/study areas for up to 30 guests. They can be set up however needed. The house also has a kitchen, making providing snacks for the meeting easy.
A large deck can also be used for outdoor gathering space.

Other Areas to Gather
Cabin 30
Serves as an additional breakout meeting space in the Bobbitt Area (for groups of up to 20).
Three Fire Circles
Campfire circles with log seating are available for groups of 75 guests in the Bobbitt Area, 30 in the Holland Summer Area, and 20 at Claar House. The campfire circles in the Bobbitt and Holland Summer areas serve as additional breakout meeting spaces.
Activity Platform
A large deck nestled in the heart of the forest accommodates up to 80 people.
Tyndall Platform
Deck with railing in the Bobbitt Area.
Amphitheater
A spectacular outdoor gathering area with canyon views, a lighted stage, and bench seating for groups of 200 persons.
Picnic Table Area
Outdoor meeting space outside Bobbitt Hall is available for picnics and meetings (for groups of 50 persons). An additional picnic table area is available outside Irvin Dining Hall.
