Andover Cottage

Andover Cottage accommodates up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms. This cottage includes five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, living & seating areas, and a front porch. Bedroom 1 is downstairs. All others are upstairs.  

• Bedroom 1 has one single bed, and 1A (adjoining) has one double bed.

• Bedroom 2 has two singles and one double.

• Bedroom 3 has two singles and one double.

• Bedroom 4 has two singles.

• Bedroom 5 has two singles (bunk).

• Two full bathrooms: one upstairs and one downstairs.

• Pillow, pillow case, comforter, and blanket are provided for each guest. Bed linens and bath towels are not provided.

• Central heat and a fireplace.

• Air conditioned.

• The kitchen has a supply of dishes, utensils, mugs, glasses, and cookware.

• Kitchen has a toaster oven, coffeemaker, and microwave.

• Bedroom 1 has two single beds.

• Bedroom 2 has one double.

• Bedroom 3 has three singles.

• Bedroom 4 has three singles.

• One full bathroom upstairs.

• 1/2 bathroom downstairs.

• Pillow, pillow case, comforter, and blanket are provided for each guest. Bed linens and bath towels are not provided.

Groves Cottage accommodates up to 11 guests in 6 bedrooms. This cottage includes six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, a 1/2 bath, a full kitchen, living & dining areas, and outdoor decks. Bedrooms 1 & 2 are downstairs and are accessible. The rest of the bedrooms are upstairs.

• Bedroom 1 has one double bed.

• Bedroom 2 has one single.

• Bedroom 4 has one double and two singles.

• Bedroom 5 has two singles.

• Bedroom 6 has two singles.

• Bedroom 7 has two singles.

• One fully accessible bathroom downstairs.

• 1/2 bathroom downstairs.
