Andover Cottage accommodates up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms. This cottage includes 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living & seating areas, and front porch. Bedroom 1 is downstairs. All others are upstairs.  

  • Bedroom 1 has 1 single bed and 1A (adjoining) has 1 double bed

  • Bedroom 2 has 2 singles and 1 double

  • Bedrooms 3 has 2 singles and 1 double

  • Bedroom 4 has 2 singles

  • Bedroom 5 has 2 singles (bunk)

  • 2 full bathrooms: one upstairs and one downstairs

  • Pillow, pillow case, comforter, and blanket is provided for each guest. Bed linens and bath towels are not provided.

  • Central heat and a fireplace

  • Air Conditioned

  • Kitchen has a supply of dishes, utensils, mugs, glasses, and cookware.

  • Kitchen has toaster oven, coffeemaker, and microwave.

  • Enclosed back porch for extra seating

  • TV monitor
